Cheesecake Update!
Here's the finished cheesecake update that I promised you. It turned out lovely. The crust was crispy and sweet, forming a delicate shell around the soft, fragrant custard-like cheesecake in the center. I took it to the Jane Austen Festival, but unfortunately, it was so hot that my party opted to find a nice cool restaurant for dinner, rather than a picnic. So, the tart wasn't eaten....
...until this morning.... If Jane Austen can have a cheesecake for dinner, then why can't I have a piece for breakfast! Yumm....
